Terms of Use

1. Nature of the Service

HobbyHub is a platform that connects people who wish to book hobby activities ("customers") with organizations and instructors who offer those activities ("suppliers"). HobbyHub does not provide the activities itself. We facilitate discovery, search, and booking. The actual provision of activities, including quality, safety, and delivery, is the sole responsibility of the suppliers.

2. Supplier Listings and Offerings

Suppliers publish their own activities, schedules, prices, and offers on the platform. HobbyHub is not responsible for any of the offerings, deals, or content that suppliers publish. We do not verify, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy of supplier listings. Customers book at their own risk and should contact suppliers directly for any questions about an activity or offer.

3. Payments

HobbyHub does not process any payments from customers. All payments for activities must be made directly between the customer and the supplier, in the manner and under the terms that they agree upon. HobbyHub has no involvement in payment processing, refunds, or financial disputes between customers and suppliers. Any payment-related issues must be resolved directly between the customer and the supplier.

4. Disputes Between Customers and Suppliers

Any dispute, complaint, or claim between a customer and a supplier (including but not limited to quality of service, cancellations, refunds, or scheduling) must be resolved directly between them. HobbyHub is not a party to such disputes and has no obligation to mediate or resolve them. You agree not to involve HobbyHub in any such matters and to release HobbyHub from any liability arising from disputes between users of the platform.

5. Eligibility and Account Registration

1. You must be at least 16 years old to register or use the Service. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
2. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to keep it updated.
3. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.
4. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon deletion, your data may be removed in accordance with our data retention practices.

6. User Content and Responsibilities

Suppliers may publish activities, descriptions, images, and other content ("User Content"). Customers may submit bookings and reviews. You retain ownership of your User Content but grant HobbyHub a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and use it in connection with the Service. You are solely responsible for your content and agree not to post anything that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, infringing, or otherwise violates the rights of others. HobbyHub reserves the right to remove or disable any content that violates these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service (excluding User Content) is the property of HobbyHub and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service without express written consent from HobbyHub.

8. Acceptable Use

You must use the Service only for lawful purposes. You agree not to attempt unauthorized access to any system or data, interfere with the Service, or use automated tools to scrape or collect data without permission. HobbyHub implements reasonable security measures but does not guarantee that the Service will be error-free or secure. You use the Service at your own risk.

9. Service Availability and Changes

HobbyHub reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service, in whole or in part, at any time and without prior notice. HobbyHub shall not be liable to you or any third party for any such change.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. HobbyHub does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any content will be accurate or reliable. To the maximum extent permitted by law, HobbyHub and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service or your dealings with suppliers or other users. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using the Service.

11. Termination

HobbyHub may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or to protect the integrity of the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HobbyHub and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service, your content, your dealings with other users, or your violation of these Terms.

13. Changes to the Terms

HobbyHub may update these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on the Service and the "last updated" date will be revised. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
